How do your sizes run?
Our tees, hoodies and crewnecks are unisex and run true to size with a classic, slightly relaxed fit. If you like extra room — or you're between sizes — order one size up. Hoodies already sit roomy, so most people stay with their normal size.
Where can I find a size chart?
Every product page lists chest and length measurements for each size, taken flat across the garment. Measure a shirt you already love and match it to the closest size on the chart for the best fit.
Do the snapbacks come in one size?
Yes. Our snapbacks are one size fits most with an adjustable plastic snap closure at the back.
How long does it take to get my order?
Orders are made and packed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery inside the U.S. usually takes 3–7 business days. You'll get an email the moment your order ships, with a tracking number.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of your order. You'll see the exact amount before you pay — no surprises after.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on the destination. Any customs duties or import taxes are set by your country and are the buyer's responsibility.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track Order page with your order number and the email you used at checkout, or click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
My tracking hasn't updated. What now?
Carrier scans can lag a day or two after a package is picked up. If there's no movement after five business days, email us with your order number and we'll chase it down.
How should I wash my tees and hoodies?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Cold water and low heat keep the print sharp and the fit from shrinking.
Can I iron over the print?
Never iron directly on the print. Turn the garment inside out and iron on low heat, or press around the design. Skip bleach and fabric softener — both break down the ink over time.
How do I care for hats and mugs?
Spot clean snapbacks with a damp cloth and mild soap, then air dry — the washing machine will wreck the brim. Our mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe, though hand washing keeps the artwork bright longest.
Can I exchange or return something?
If an item arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it. Because items are made to order, we can't accept returns for a change of mind or the wrong size ordered — check the measurements before you buy.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Reach out as soon as possible. If your order hasn't gone into production yet, we can usually update the address or size or cancel it outright.
